Important Note
Setting up a custom email domain allows you to personalize your email addresses with your own brand name, enhancing your professional image and increasing brand recognition. This process typically involves configuring DNS settings and verifying domain ownership to ensure that emails sent from your custom domain are delivered securely and reliably.
1.) To set up a custom domain for your email, go to “Settings”.
2.) Click the “Email Services” then click “Create Dedicated Domain”.
3.) Choose & create your preferred subdomain then add this to Domain Name field. An example is mail.clicksjourney.ai then click “Add & Verify”.
4.) Click the “Add record manually”.
5.) Add all the provided DNS records to the preferred domain/subdomain then click on “Verify Records”.
6.) Wait until the domain is verified. It usually takes a few minutes – 24 hours before the DNS changes are applied.
