Please be aware that a valid SSL certificate is necessary for your domain/subdomain and email links to function properly.
You can configure a custom branded domain to create your brand-specific link for all CJ AI-related links, including landing pages, email links, booking links, and other associated CJ AI connections.
1.) To set a Branded Name, go to the “Settings“.
2.) Choose/create your preferred subdomain to connect. Enter it under the “Branded Domain” field for example “link.clicksjourney.ai” then click on the “Add Domain” button.
3.) After clicking the “Add Domain” button. Click on the “Add record manually”.
4.) Create a CNAME record that points to the brand.ludicrous.cloud to your Domain’s DNS settings. Once the CNAME record is added, click on “Verify records”.
5.) Wait until the domain is verified. It usually takes a few minutes – 24 hours before the DNS changes are applied.
